Recently, as I was putting together our article on embracing slow days, a thought crossed my mind: what does a perfect day look like to me? So I spent some time thinking about it. For me, the perfect day would probably involve some focused writing time, getting lost in a good book while lounging in a hammock, working up a sweat in a Muay Thai session, spending quality time with my loved ones, maybe a drink or two, and of course, winding up the day by the beach. That's my blend of joy and relaxation. How about you? When you imagine your ideal day, what activities and moments light it up? I genuinely want to know — drop me an email and share what your perfect 24 hours look like.

🥗 Delidoor: Home Delivered Meals Healthy & Nutritious
Born out of a love for nutritious and nostalgic home-cooked meals, Delidoor was founded in lockdown by two French entrepreneurs who recognised a void in the market for quality frozen meals. Now, they're inviting Australians to invest in their next chapter through a crowdfunding campaign. Funds will support new meals, collaborations with NDIS, and an enhanced online experience.
P.S. Check out the above interview with Balance the Grind’s CEO, Steve Grace, and Delidoor Co-Founder, Jacques Lépron, to learn more about the company’s story.
